Technical Information

The Bones bar chairs are meticulously crafted using kiln-dried solid beech wood, renowned for its durability and resilience. To ensure longevity, the wooden parts undergo a meticulous process of being coated with UV-protected and eco-friendly water-based paints. This protective layer not only shields the wood from outdoor elements but also maintains its natural texture and soft touch.

The application of UV-resistant coating guarantees that the wood’s texture and color remain intact over time, preventing any fading. Moreover, the staining procedure offers a diverse range of color options, catering to various aesthetic preferences, from lighter hues to deeper shades.

For optimal comfort, the seat and back of the Bones bar chair are furnished with high-density foam padding and upholstery. Should the need arise, spare coverings are readily available for purchase, ensuring longevity and versatility.

Precision is paramount in the production process, with all fabrics cut using CNC machines to ensure impeccable shapes and dimensions. Customers can choose from a wide selection of upholstery textiles, including artificial leather, velvet, woven fabric, linen, genuine leather, bouclé, and nubuck. Additionally, customers have the option to provide their own materials, subject to approval from 5A Production.

To safeguard floors from potential damage during movement, the chairs are equipped with black polypropylene glides underneath the feet. This thoughtful design feature ensures smooth and effortless repositioning while protecting floor surfaces from scratches or abrasions.
