The Royal Bar Chair delivers comfort and style with its sophisticated design and practicality. While clients eat or drink at the counter, the chair offers them a comfortable place to sit. A curved seat and backrest, among other ergonomic characteristics, enable users to sit comfortably for long periods of time on the chair.

Technical Information

The Royal bar chair’s construction is made of polyurethane molded foam with a metal framework. As an outcome, it is long-lasting and does not distort. The back of the chair is covered with a single layer of foam, while the seat is coated with two layers. Upholstery is done using the dressing method. The cover can be replaced without harming the skeleton. Spare coverings are available for purchase. All fabrics are cut with CNC machines, so they come out in perfectly correct shapes. There are many options for upholstery textiles, such as artificial leather, velvet, woven fabric, linen, genuine leather, bouclé, and nubuck. Upholstery can be done using the customer’s own materials with approval from 5A Production. In order to customize this model to your project, there are various seating options, such as with or without cushions and sliced or diamond backrest options.

The inserts in the chair’s metal frame make it easy to assemble various wooden and metal base options. With the help of these modifications, the product is customizable to your needs. The oak bar base is made of solid oak wood and static powder-coated metal leg supports. The wooden bases have UV-protected and eco-friendly water-based paints. They keep the wood resistant against outdoor impacts and still keep the soft touch of the wood’s essence. With a UV-resistant coating applied over the wood, the natural texture does not fade. Additionally, the staining procedure offers the wood multiple color alternatives, ranging from light to dark. The upper part of the base is plywood, and it can be mounted under the chair. Black polypropylene glides are mounted under the feet, which prevents them from damaging the floor during dragging. For the metal part, in addition to our standard RAL colors, we offer premium finishes such as brass, chrome, or the customer’s own choice. There are two different height options, specifically for the needs of the projects. The upper part of the base is plywood.
