The Domino sofa is a striking modern piece, characterized by its sleek and geometric lines. Its design reflects meticulous attention to detail and an emphasis on clean, contemporary aesthetics. The linear construction of the sofa creates a sense of order and precision, while the geometric shapes add a touch of modernity and sophistication. The carefully crafted angles and proportions provide ergonomic support, ensuring a comfortable seating experience. Whether as a focal point in a minimalist setting or as a complementary element in a more eclectic space, the Domino sofa adds a touch of modern elegance and artistic flair. Its geometric lines serve as a testament to the seamless integration of form and function in contemporary furniture design.
All the parts of the sofa skeletons are designed in 3D programs and cut with CNC machines. The inner and outer walls are made of plywood, which covers all the skeleton and makes it very rigid and durable. The skeleton is made from oak wood and poplar plywood with metal components. The zig-zag springs and elastic banding on the seating area make the sofa soft and comfortable. The foaming on the seat is 32- to 35-density comfort foaming with high resiliency. The base is connected to the metal structure inside the skeleton, so the bases can be disassembled, which makes the packages smaller. The sofa width can be customized at intervals of 10 cm.
Upholstery is done using the dressing method. The cover can be replaced without harming the skeleton. Spare coverings are available for purchase. All fabrics are cut with CNC machines, so they come out in perfectly correct shapes. There are many options for upholstery textiles, such as artificial leather, velvet, woven fabric, linen, genuine leather, bouclé, and nubuck. Upholstery can be done using the customer’s own materials with approval from 5A Production. The zipper on the cushion’s sides allows it to be utilized on both sides.
The inserts on the bottom of the sofa’s metal frame facilitate the installation of various wooden and metal leg options. With these modifications, you can customize the product to your needs. The conical Metal base is made of tube steel with an electrostatic powder coating. In addition to our standard RAL colors, we offer premium finishes such as brass, chrome, or the customer’s own choice. Black polypropylene glides are mounted under the feet, which prevents them from damaging the floor during dragging.
