The chair’s metal frame is painted with an electrostatic powder coating. In addition to our standard RAL colors, we offer premium finishes such as brass, chrome, or the customer’s own choice. With its embracing design, the metal back produced with the welding process is extremely comfortable. It can also be used in exterior spaces thanks to the outdoor treatment option on metal.

The foaming on the seat is 32- to 35-density comfort foaming with high resiliency. The zipper on the cushion’s sides allows it to be utilized on both sides. Spare coverings are available for purchase. All fabrics are cut with CNC machines, so they come out in perfectly correct shapes. There are many options for upholstery textiles, such as outdoor fabric, outdoor vinyl, artificial leather, velvet, woven fabric, linen, genuine leather, bouclé, and nubuck. Upholstery can be done using the customer’s own materials with approval from 5A Production. A pillow can be added to the back if desired. Under the seat is plywood that is bound with marine glue to allow for outdoor use.

The metal inserts attached to this section make it easier to assemble different base types. The Spider Oak base is made of solid oak wood. The wooden bases have UV-protected and eco-friendly water-based paints. They keep the wood resistant against outdoor impacts and still keep the soft touch of the wood’s essence. With a UV-resistant coating applied over the wood, the natural texture does not fade. Additionally, the staining procedure offers the wood multiple color alternatives, ranging from light to dark. The upper part of the base is sheet metal, and it can be mounted under the chair. Black polypropylene glides are mounted under the feet, which prevents them from damaging the floor during dragging.
